🔹 Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
We accept refunds or exchanges only if:
The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

🔹 Items Not Eligible for Refund
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom-made / Tailor-made products
Altered garments made as per your measurements
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

🔹 Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of exchange, the new item will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product.

🔹 Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or stitched.
Once the stitching or customization process begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
